Available from 9am-2pm on the first Wednesday of the month.

30 unit minimum purchase. 

Scheduled 2 week return visits for additional dosing (if needed) will be charged at regular unit price ($13).

New clients receive 5 free units when you  complete all intake forms at least one day prior to your visit (call or text the office to have forms sent to you: (615) 412-8552

*Walk-in visits are reserved for non-members only.

**Clients requiring extra time due to anxiety, needle phobia, or numbing must schedule a standard visit on a separate day. 

***Clients seeking consultation about additional services must either book a separate consult or a full-price new client tox appointment, to allow for adequate time.
