Welcome to the hot, hot heat of Summer!


I hope you all had a wonderful and safe Fourth of July. Forgive the late entry- we're now back in the office! The team has been scattered around the country, enjoying a much-deserved week of rest with their families, recharging for the second half of the year and Fall, which is typically our busiest season.


First and foremost, I want to send a very big THANK YOU to all who attended our client appreciation event. Despite the weather, we had a fabulous turnout and a lot of fun. When planning these events we often go back and forth between an open-house style party and one with a set, shorter timeline. What we've found is that when we open the doors for an all-day event, we get more of a trickle of attendees, allowing us to spend more time with each of you, which we love.


We also realized through this event how many of our members would likely hit it off and become bffs if we got you all together at one time, so... we are in the early planning stages of an exclusive, member-only evening event(!)- details TBD.


As always, I try to deliver this info in bite-sized pieces so you you get the pertinent info without having to read a novel- please feel free to let me know what you like or don't like, or how I can make these newsletters better and more useful for you!

Skincare Update

Holy moly have these new products been popular! Wow! Not only are we blown away by the results we're seeing, but we never in a million years imagined you'd take to them so quickly!

Not only are we thrilled you love them as much as we do, but we're also so excited to see your skin glow and thrive!

Unfortunately, with increased demand comes supply issues. Although there is no shortage of product to be had, we're still learning at what frequency we need to order and trying to get a handle on what to expect in terms of delivery times (they can be unpredictable). For those of you waiting for product- the newest order is shelved and ready!

Radiant Defense lovers, we need your input: would you prefer a larger size? We can order the "back bar" size (4oz), which is the same size as the cleansers. This is 4x larger than what we offer currently, and would cost $190 instead of $76.

All attendees received a 5-star punch card. If you didn't use your whole card for a 50% off discount on party day, save it for 10% off 5-separate, future visits.

Membership Billing Update

We will no longer be chasing down membership payments. If your primary card on file declines, the system will automatically try every card you've saved with us until the payment is received. It is your responsibility to ensure that those cards on file are valid at all times.

Effective immediately: if your membership payment declines, you will receive one emailed request to pay your bill. If this is not remedied within 3 business days of that notification, your online booking privileges will be disabled and all future bookings will be cancelled.

Members with repeated failed payments (more than one) will not be allowed to book their monthly visits until that month's payment has cleared.


Shop 'Till You Drop

You'll notice over the next month or so that we're making some small changes to the lobby, bringing in more retail offerings for your shopping pleasure. In addition to skincare, we'll have a number of specially curated gift items, all sourced from companies that give back, many of whom are local and most that are women-owned. My goal for you is that you will find just the gift you need, for yourself or for that someone special- we'll even have options for building your own gift basket!  


Status Report: Walk-In Wednesday

Walk-In Wednesday has been a great success! Unlike our typical, fully-scheduled day, it's been fun to be surprised by who walks in the door!
That being said, to maximize scheduling options for regular clients, we are toying with the idea of making it a once a month deal only.
Stay tuned. Here are the current details:

Walk in on a Wednesday from 9-2 and get tox for $10/unit
30 unit minimum purchase required prior to injection
(this is easy- most people need 40+).

Must provide a valid credit card for billing any additional units used
New clients: we'll give you 5 additional units free if you
complete your intake forms no later than the day BEFORE your visit.
Call or text (615) 412-8552 to request your forms.

If you walk in as a new client, expect that you'll have 5-10 minutes of paperwork to complete prior to your injections (unless you do them online), and a few additional minutes for Jen to review and approve (plan on a 30-minute visit)

Walk-in visits are for non-members only
Clients requiring extra time for numbing, extended consults, needle-related anxiety, or any other need requiring a longer appointment will be asked to schedule a regular tox visit on another day.


Philanthropy: Give Back and Save!

As members of the Mt. Juliet community, we're not only committed to giving back, but want to make it easier for you to do it too! We've added a philanthropy page to our website with information about some of our favorite MJ organizations, with links to their web and donation sites. We've also added a dry goods collection bin to our lobby, for those items most needed by the Mt. Juliet Help Center. 

As an added incentive, we'll give you 10% off your visit if you bring in a donation or show us your receipt for a donation you made online. We're so hoping that together we can make a big impact for the people in our community who need it most!
