If desire, arousal, or physical response has shifted, there are prescription options that may help. Through our partnership with EllieMD, a licensed medical provider reviews your health history and determines whether a treatment is appropriate for you. These options may include: PT-141 injections work through the brain’s arousal pathways. It acts on melanocortin receptors within the central nervous system, which may support desire in both men and women. Sublingual troches (dissolvable tablet) or nasal spray formulations that may combine tadalafil, oxytocin, and PT-141. Every sexual wellness product we recommend in Mt. Juliet at Allyn Aesthetics depends on your medical history, current medications, and overall health. Your EllieMD provider only issues prescriptions if they determine they are clinically appropriate.

How are these medications taken?

What in-office sexual wellness treatments do you offer?

You complete a secure online intake detailing your health history, medications, and goals. A state-licensed MD or DO within the EllieMD network reviews your information, while our team at Allyn Aesthetics remains your local point of contact throughout the process.

Treatment

If prescription therapy is clinically appropriate, a 503A-compliant pharmacy fulfills and ships your prescribed medication directly to your home with clear guidance for use. For in-person needs, we may also recommend pelvic floor therapy with the Empower device to help improve strength, support, and function.

Ongoing Support

You maintain access to provider messaging through EllieMD and continue in-office guidance from our team. We reassess, adjust, and coordinate care based on how your body responds over time.
